Arizona Collegiate High School Closure

Dear Students, Families, and Community Members,

It is with sincere regret that we announce the closure of Arizona Collegiate High School, effective immediately. This difficult decision was made after thoughtful consideration of several factors impacting the school’s long-term sustainability.

While this chapter is ending, our dedication to our students’ success remains unwavering. To ensure there is no disruption in learning, our sister school, Pima Partnership High School, will continue to offer distance/remote learning opportunities for all interested students.

These programs are designed to provide continuity, flexibility, and the academic support needed to help students stay on track with their goals. More details, including enrollment procedures and available support services, will be shared in the coming days.

We are incredibly proud of the work accomplished at Arizona Collegiate High School and deeply grateful for the relationships and community we’ve built together. We remain committed to supporting every student as they move forward in their educational journey.

Mission Statement

The mission of Arizona Collegiate Charter High School is to provide a rigorous, differentiated educational program, credit recovery, extended day, and technology-enhanced instruction for at risk youth. Students who have a history of behavioral problems, weak attendance, poor academic performance, insufficient academic credits to graduate, dropouts, and those who have societal struggles of family responsibilities and adjudication are provided a curriculum that meets Arizona College and Career Ready Standards in the core content areas of Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. This is accomplished within a safe, supportive environment leading to a high school diploma and preparation for success beyond graduation.

Post Secondary Plannings

Students collaborate with the academic counselor to develop a graduation plan that outlines their academic goals and future aspirations. Through the Education and Career Action Plan (ECAP), they explore potential career paths, assess their interests, and evaluate opportunities to help guide their post-secondary decisions.

We help students prepare for the future through personalized ECAPs (Education and Career Action Plans) and graduation plans tailored to their goals. Using the free My Future AZ account, students explore career options, set academic and career goals, and track their progress. This ensures they graduate with a clear path toward college, vocational training, or entering the workforce confidently.
